malaria may b present bt the findings r nt suficient.....

Meningitis?

so many possibilities...malaria would be top on my list bcos i work in a malaria-endemic region...more clinical findings and labs would help narrow the focus to just a few...

what else about this case?

  1. first think of meningitis.
  2. enteric fever
  3. viral encephalitis
  4. malaria
  5. typhus
  6. leptospirosis,,,proper clinical examination and additional history can narrow the DD
meningitis...

dengue

hepatitis

pancreatitis

migrain

migraine??!
