Gingivitis is gum inflammation and it is a very common problem in today’s lifestyle. Good oral care is the best way to prevent gum disease. Brush twice and floss once in a day at least. If you are prone to plaque deposit then antiplaque tooth paste and brushing and flossing after meal may also be recommended. Visit your dentist twice in a year for the best dental health.

Due to poor oral care gum inflammation and bleeding is a common problem these days. It is necessary that we spend atleast 2-3 mins brushing in the morning and before going to bed. Also rinsing after every meal is important. Visit your dentist regualrly and get your teeth checked. Prevention is better than cure.
