Hi, Im entering my second year for medical school in the UK and an hoping to join a USA residency program when I graduate. I was wondering if anyone knew how long the USMLE exams steps 1 and both parts of step 2 are valid for. ie. If I take them now, but start practising in the UK post graduation and apply for residency in say, 5 years, will they be valid (like your SAT scores are valid for life) or would I have to retake them by then?
Thanks
