is that a standard book..everybody says park is 'the book' for spm....but just that you need loads of inspiration to even open the book

park is good......spm is just mugging up...there is noting conceptual in it...i think following more than 1book is not a good idea

see it is very standard book for any medicos studying in any part of india.. even i studied from there... see first of all try to read the starting chapters like epidemology.. it is must.. once u start getting this chapter u will feel other topics easy.. and national health progs r like story.. u will like it.. and infectious diseases is bit diff since u havent read medicine till now.. but read again and agian and try making notes.. it will help u... all the best
