Thanks Dr Satish for responding. Insurance companies are huge and making a fortune while many Dr's are being sued for malpractice. And Government wants Insurance mandatory for everyone with unprecedented government over sight! The paperwork for the typical practice is enormous. It is very frustrating for most Dr's.

From one source, "According to a new poll released this week by Investors Business Daily, 45% of doctors would consider quitting the practice of medicine if Congress passed the health care overhaul currently in its sights."

"A new Investor’s Business Daily poll of more than 1,300 physicians finds that nearly two-thirds (65%) don’t back ObamaCare, more than 70% say the government cannot provide insurance coverage for 47 million additional people and save money without harming quality, and 45% of doctors say they “would consider leaving their practice or taking an early retirement” if the liberal health care plan passes." Hi everyone. Do other countries like India have as much government oversight as the US? We have Insurance companies, OSHA, HIPAA and HITECH guidelines telling Dr's how to run their businesses and mandating methods & procedures. Just curious if any one can offer any feedback.
