Extract the juice from the orange and grapefruit and strain into a small container. Then add all the remaining ingredients and constantly stir until it is all well mixed.

  • 200ml water
  • 1g honey
  • .75g of crushed ginger.

How to prepare
On medium heat, bring to boil the water with the ginger and let it stand for about 5 minutes. After that, strain the water boiled with ginger and mix it with honey and cayenne.

Take this tea as your daily drink until such time you will no longer crave for cigarettes.
