why people don't bother for the dental treatment ? when there are oral manifestations for every disease ?

i am waiting for the discussion to start.
hi...i hope the future of dentistry becomes bright in the coming days...but today in most of the hospitals there is no dental department and if it is there it is outsource one and their is no patient for there.
but we can hope in the coming days.
