hi saurabh i think i have an answer for ur question.....actually in congestive cardiac failure we give digoxin as the first choice treatment or it could be any one of the inotropic drugs like dobutam…

in the prophylaxis for poliomyelitis usually SALK vaccine is given in injection form and SABIN vaccine in oral form.Why cant they be given vice versa....plz reply
