I will email you more about Peds and Acup. in a bit, let me find my resources. However, UK has some of the best acupucturists outside of Asia. Most of my professors were trained at the Worsley School (while the others were trained in China, TCM school.) I will get you the name and location of that instutition.
AS far as Peds, my own daughter gets treated for speech delay/ but also for pain / tight muscles, as she has a connective tissue disorder and severe bilateral clubfoot requiring MAFO's & plenty of surgeries
Acupuncture treats not only physical (and thus more obvious) aliments, but as the inbalance of the Elements/ Yin and Yang. A child may have "stuck" qi due to many reasons: sickness, trama (emotional and physical), injury, birth defects, pre-mature birth, etc... the elemental balance may be off.... as this sounds perhaps esoteric, these concepts are fundamental to Oriental Medicine. I send you some links in a bit.
