I have read recently some researches and reports about the periodontal treatment, that indicating if someone is under treatment with a specialist of this procedure , they do not need implants their teeth. This was the statement of Dr. Levin who has worked with IRDA and he as published over 150 articles and book chapters on dentistry. Recently, I saw a articles from Indian Dentist Dr. Nikhil Sinha, who is running his dental clinic Dentistry-Redefined in Delhi, published a statement in his article about this theory in detail on this url http://www.dentistryredefined.com/health/not-needed-always-pricey-t...was not fully agreed with this statement. What You all think about this theory could you please share your suggestion about this who is correct in this…

Yes it true that periodical treatment always helps to get rid of dental implant, since dental issue can be easily detected if a person if is in touch with concerned dentistry & have involved in sort of development related to gum & mouth.
Suheir Kilani, I'm agree with you.....but when matter comes on permanent result can you assure your patient to denies the important of implants
As per my view dental implants is one of the good option for the patients who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason. The procedure of dental implant is a team effort between your dentist and your periodontist.
A my view, Who have lost tooth due to periodontal disease, dental implement is good option.
I think that all depends on the clinical case. But I keep arriving at the implantation. The main thing is the right treatment plan!
